Photo: Mimicking Gaijin

Japan is very international: it welcomes stereotypes from all round the world!

This is from a popular and regular rakugo show on Japanese TV. One of the sections of the program involves the comedians mimicking foreigners. Usually this is done by donning blond wigs and false noses, and speaking Japanese in a distorted, up-and-down, sing-song voice. Occasionally Japanese comedians will also do 'blackface' but, in line with Western sensitivities, this seems to be much less common now.
